Mexican Corn Bread

           

            1 Can cream of corn

            1 Cup corn meal

            1 Cup mozzarella or Jack Cheese shredded

            ½  Cup sugar

            8 oz. cottage cheese

            ½  Cup cooking oil

            1 Cup milk

            3 Tsp. baking powder

            3 Eggs

 

            (Optional and to taste) Ortega diced green chiles or canned Jalapenos diced.

            Mix all ingredients.

            Pour into greased 13 x 19 pan.

            Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
